I’m not fond of the sun (and the heat), but there are just things that mixes perfectly well with summer. And technically, this is my summer wishlist.
1. The Beach
Since it’s like summer all-year-round in the Philippines, you need not really have to wait for Summer to hit the beaches. But vacation is the next word that you think of after hearing the word summer… so visiting the beach it is! But if you’re a beach bum, you can actually enjoy the beach more if you visit it on non-peak season. ;)
2. Pop of Color
It’s like a mortal sin if you wear something ‘black’ or ‘dark’ during summer. People are often spotted wearing white (because white never goes out of fashion) or wearing something bright! And I definitely prefer the latter, because duh it’s summer!
3. Flip Flops Galore
Flip flops are never ‘out’ in my country. But I included this on my list because the summer get up is never complete without these babies. (Plus, I rarely have the chance to wear flip flops… and this is my summer wishlist!)
4. Get-togethers and reunions
Oftentimes in Christmas, but it’s possible to happen during summer as well. And yes, our family will be having one. I’m so excited ♥
5. Movies / Previous Season DVD
The heat of the sun makes me really lazy. And lazy afternoons are best spent with a nap (if you can sleep that is!) or on the couch watching the previous season of your favorite tv series or a movie marathon.
These are the things that I wanted to do this summer ♥
Yes, technically it’s my first day. OJT days can never be compared to the real thing. Even though we had our OJT in prod on the other floor, it’s still different when you’re doing the real thing… and it’s a totally different story when you’re no longer a trainee.
Oh well, I can do this. I have to :p Haha~
it’s been a while since my last update. Though it’s not much of a while yet, I miss blogging already.
Anyway, just a few things. I have a new job, which is great. But, I am so haggard with all the requirements and stuff, and the worst part, I’m still not sure about this.
One of the things that I like about my new job is that I can dress up. And never have I thought in my whole life that ‘dressing up’ can be a double-edged sword.
