I don’t know how to start this post, but be warned that this is a post full of my usual nonsense.
A few days ago, Google has made an update. And I’m so glad that finally got a page rank. Well I’m quite sure that before I left for work yesterday, I still have that page rank on my reblog blog. But now, it’s gone! At first I thought there must be something wrong with my PR checker toolbar, so I have it double checked. And yes, the news is really sad… good bye PR 3.
Mr. G must have branded it as a supplemental website. I find it funny that I’m quite frustrated with this, when I don’t actually have a need for a page rank on that site. It must be because of the score of 3. I mean, Google rarely gives a page rank of 3 to websites that lack content. Oh well. Better luck on the next update.
On the other hand, I really want to give another shot to paid blogging. But the problem is, I’m starting lose all my hope in this and I haven’t even started! Blame it on my laziness. And now, I want to start a new website and make money through SEO. Oh, what to do!
And lastly, I made a tumblr theme tutorial! I don’t know what got into me, I just opened my notepad and started coding. It took me around 2 hrs to finish the initial codes. Yes, that long. The navigation is such a bitch. Then an another hour for the finalization of codes, and voila!
Sometimes, it’s really nice to just do freestyle coding. I don’t even have plans on making a new theme today, I just ended up making one for God-knows-why.
There’s a little history to this. When I was still using in Wordpress, I so wanted to write my own Wordpress theme but I don’t know how. No matter how many theme tutorials I read online, I just can’t do it on my own. And it’s hard to just edit the work of others because, most often than that, it will not appear how I want it to appear or worse, I will totally ruin the whole theme. Then I came across a site offering free themes and there’s a Wordpress Tutorial, but the tutorial came with a theme with tons of notes. And that’s how I learned to code a Wordpress theme then. Don’t ask me to do one know, because I already forgot everything.
Entertaining Myself
I’m off for today and tomorrow, and honestly, I prefer to spend a day of my day off out. But with the current weather condition in Manila, I can’t. That’s why I’m entertaining myself to the best possible way, because I get bored easily.
Anyway, I’ve decided to tidy up one of my vanity drawers and found a couple of things:
A Sneak Peek Of London
I haven’t been to Europe. Good thing, I have crazy friends (all over the world) who loves to do crazy things.
A day before the opening of the Olympics, a friend of mine is staying in London. Then out of the blue, he told me that he will tour me around London.

When I called him (via Skype), he’s near Buckingham Palace. I caught a glimpse of how Buckingham Palace looks like. Of course, the real thing looks a gazillion times better in real life!
Also, I’ve caught a glimpse of the park parallel to Buckingham. Unfortunately, I don’t know what it’s called. And when I asked my friend, he told me that he already forgot the name =.=
Plus the London Eye - which, by the way is very hard to decipher.
My screenshots are grainy and quite hard to comprehend, so sorry about that. Plus the reception is really, really bad. The first call lasted for about 6 minutes, and the others less. The reception is really bad there. (I’m quite sure since I’m really near my wifi modem) And it’s unfortunate that I wasn’t able to see the parade of the Olympic athletes =.= ughh…
I still have many screenshots on my ipod, but most of them are just “fooling around” pictures.
So… what are your friends like? Are they crazy? And do you like fooling around with them?
PS: I’m sick again. That’s why I’ve decided to just blog about this stuff. I’ve been sick since God-knows-when and God-knows-why. *sigh*
