The Great Northern Sale!

Today is the last day of SM North EDSA’s Great Northern Sale. And I’m so thankful that I went there! I’m not that much of a fan of sales - especially the last day - since there are tons of people in the mall and the items are mediocre… BUT, this sale - I must say - is really awesome!

I’ll spare you guys the thingamjigs and I’ll got straight to the experience. Yes, as I’ve mentioned the sale is awesome. My “idea” of a sale are: old/worn-out products are the only ones who are actually on sale (as in 50% off; while the new and pretty products are only 5% or not on sale at all), longe queue at the cashier, and tons of people. Well, there are still tons of people there. But I enjoyed the sale very much as the items that are on sale are not worn-out, plus there’s no long queue at the cashier and also on fitting rooms. The amount of people at the mall is also tolerable. Yes, they’re many but not too much. (:

Most of the stuffs that I got is from The Body Shop.

One of my wishes came true! I finally got the complete set (well.. almost!) of The Body Shop’s Tea Tree Line. The Tea Tree Line is PHP 200.00 off (which is already a steal!) plus LYB members get an addition 10% discount! Also, I got 1 free Tea Tree Oil thanks to the LYB rewards. Yay!

I got 2 tops from Onion Laundry and 1 chambray blouse from Doll. They’re from SM Department store! Well, they’re not on sale but their prices are quite reasonable. And I just can’t resist ♥

And lastly, I got a white belt from SM Department Store. I also got a few things in between, but I find it quite “weird” to share them. LOL!

I went to Forever 21 and there are tons of people there. I only found a few items that I like (I think I only liked about 3-5 items? Not sure) and there’s a long queue of buyers at the cashier! Soooo, I decided to just not buy at all. Well, I’m not that patient in falling in a *longggggg* line especially when I’m not actually buying a lot.   Well, it seems like I’m not destined to buy any whenever Forever 21 is on sale.

So, what about you? Do you like sales? And what items do you usually buy on a huge sale?
